Our Story
43 Years. Same Address. New Name.
In 1983, a showroom opened on Route 61 in Pottsville, called Pottsville Housing Distributors. PHD Home Center, as it was later known, has been a walk-in destination where families came to pick new floors, cabinets, and tile.
Nearly 80% of Schuylkill County homes were built before 1980. That means almost every kitchen, bathroom, and floor in the county is a renovation waiting to happen.
Late in 2025, Wayne and Lynn Morris decided it was time to retire. Luckily they found new owners with decades of combined experience in real estate, building products, and construction. Brad Mullen and Michael Herring teamed up to continue the tradition and changed the name to Signature Interiors & Installation to match the full scope of what we do.
